Welcome to our sailing course for Area 3! If you are already familiar with nautical terms and wish to deepen your knowledge, you are in the right place. In our intensive 5-day course, you will learn everything you need for a journey of up to 200 nautical miles offshore. From proper sail trimming to sailing in adverse weather conditions to preparations for long-distance voyages - we will provide you with the necessary know-how.
Topics such as electronics, onboard safety, and navigation will also be extensively covered to prepare you for planned long-distance trips. Previous completion of the FB2 sailing course is not mandatory. Upon successful completion of the FB3 sailing examination, you will have the opportunity to take the examination for the FB3 motorboat license (plus examination fees: € 210). This combination is highly recommended, as many countries require a special license for operating an outboard motor with only 1 horsepower or jet skis.
For additional training, we offer you the opportunity to spend an additional day on our motor yacht (€ 150 per person).
Our course fee is € 599 per person, plus examination fees, and lasts a total of 5 days. We look forward to teaching you everything you need for your nautical adventures!
